The movement of customer card system, produced a huge economic performance for the petroleum company. The system adopts Oracle9i database petroleum business database as a data source, using the BlueQuery3000 which is the product of Guangzhou ShangNan company as development and design platform, using tomcat 4.0 server releases design results, finally carried out look over customer's data analysis results by B/S structure. In this process, the main technique for involving includes the design that data warehouse and data markets, the design and usage of the topics of On-Line Analytical Processing and the design to identify customer's behavior pattern by using k_means arithmetic, we use BlueQuery3000 software to carry out the building of data warehouse and data market, the web page which uses IE which combines the VB plug-in of bluequery3000 software to realize On-Line Analytical Processing, using the Java Bean which includes k_means arithmetic to carry on the cluster of customers in the JSP, and display to the cluster result in the IE.
