Research And Application Of DSS Based On DW

This thesis is mainly concerned with the realization of the Decision Supporting System(DSS) based on Data Warehouse(DW) in the field of e-government after explaining relative theoretical knowledge started with an actual research project ,it also attributed to the development of e-government in our country. In the first place ,it introduced the development process ,frame construction ,user interface and three-base system. In the second place ,it narrates the primary concepts ,data construction and the design method and step of DW. Then ,the technology of On-Line Analytical Processing( OLAP) and Data Mining (DM) in the DW tools layer are illustrated in detail. At last ,this thesis explained the application background and current On-Line Transaction Processing (OLTP) data environment about the application of DSS. Furthermore ,it put forward a DSS architecture based on DW and designed the DW together with the application of OLAP and DM.
