FPGA can be widely used in many fields, especially Wireless communication field, More and more many engineer chooses FPGA when carrying out the design of digital integrated circuit. While the designing methods of VHDL have the peculiarities of non-depending of parts, easily being transplanted and accelerating designing. As a result, The combination of VHDL and the FPGA can greatly improve the efficiency and agility of design, shorten the cycle of developing, accelerate the products to come into the market.The present paper originates in a part of the TETRA terminal project in hisense, designed and realized the TETRA terminal baseband electric circuit and the radio frequency circuit interface module design, including the logical port, the SPI bus, VCO, the knob module as well as the clock/The synchronism pulse interface module design, has realized that the Master processor control the peripheral. FPGA technology and their present situation and tendency as well as the selection about the programmable component has been introduced first detailedly ,simultaneously the detailed introduction VHDL language and the characteristicas well as the development used ISE software. In detail elaborated the FPGA various interface module design, the succession simulation profile interception, the FPGA disposition, various functions module integration as well as the overall test result and the conclusion.
