The Research Of Scene Reappearance Based On Virtual Reality

Virtual culture heritage of architecture means recover, imitate, reappear, lay out and preserve the ancient architecture, historical remains and cultural relic by digital technic, mainly it refers to virtual reality correlated. It is a popular research direction in the combination of virtual reality technology and the protection of dummy culture heritage of architecture.In this thesis, we do the research on the reappearance of virtual ancient architecture, use VR development software-Multigen Creator to set up geometric model of the architecture scene of culture heritage. On the foundation of basic model, introduce the technology of model simplification, using texture to speedup drawing scene and setting up LOD model based on viewpoint. Setting simple collision detection on some objects and face in the virtual scene, choosing the right roaming mode, finally using the VEGA platform and toolbox carries out a real time virtual roaming system.The result shows that this system has received the satisfactory result in the aspects of the drawing effect and running speed.
