Research And Application Of OA System Based On Workflow Technology

With the rapid development of network informatization, electronic government office service has become more and more popular . At present, the OA system of Public Security Frontier that had been designed with Client/Server mode had not well satisfied the current requirements, and could not make full use of the features of new techniques. As the above reasons, the OA system architecture based on J2EE and workflow is analyzed and designed. Furthermore the OA system of Public Security Frontier is finally implemented.First of all, the paper discusses the characteristics, the developing status and the future study trend of the workflow technology. Next the paper focuses on the research of workflow modeling, workflow management system architecture and workflow processing. Then the requirement, the architecture, and the functional models of OA System of Public Security Frontier are studied and developed. Moreover, the workflow model of OA System is proposed after mass investigation and the system is finally implemented in succeed. Some important OA system components are also demonstrated and explained in detail. In the end of the paper the whole work is summarized and the future research directions are discussed briefly.
