The Research And Implement Of Some Questions Of Office Automation System Based On JSF And Hibernate

With the rapid development of information technology, especially the improvement of computertechnology and network technology, the office automation technology is developing better. Officeautomation system can speed up the flow of all kinds of information, improve office efficiency ofenterprises and reduce the cost of office work. Workflow technology has become the core technologyof implement of office automation system. But the related theory of workflow is a bit behind thatthere has not had mature theory and methods in the researchment of workflow model yet. At the sametime, the security of system is a growing concern and authority management has become a hot topicof the research in the field of office automation.Some special models have been studied which is based on the workflow model in this thesis. Andthen the concept of merger expectation and part expectation and the algorithm to find the mergerexpectation has been put forward. Then, an algorithm of transfer based on token is put forward further.Authority management in office automation system is mainly based on RBAC model, in which thatthe authority of an user is depended on the authorized role is the core idea. A model of authorizing torole based on domain which is based on RBAC model is put forward, which is ARBD model. Andthen, all parts of this model are analized particularly, and programs and algorithms of authorizing toroles are gived.In practice, the research results are used in the office automation system for Nanjing ForeignLanguage School. First of all, each module is analyzed, and then a detailed design is carried out.Thissystem is achieved on the framework of JSF and Hibernate. The algorithm of transfer based on tokenand the program to authorize to the role based on the ARBD model are used in this system. It ensuresthe smoothly running of the workflow processes and the security of the system. At the same time, itverifies the feasibility of t he algorithm of transfer based on token and the program to authorize to therole based on the ARBD model.
