The Internet Supervision By Public Opinion And Its Influence

Since 1990s, the technology of worldwide Internet has swiftly and violently developed. That has not only greatly accelerated the economy process of globalization, but also brought about revolutionary influence on mass media. For our China society, the real epoch-making significance of Internet is lying in its function of producing and spreading public opinion, besides its media essentiality as a "distributing center of news". It is not exaggerating any all to say that the Internet has become a "distributing center of opinions" and a "distributing center of voices", where ensures the ordinary Chinese people own such an equal and broad rights to say for the first time. And moreover, that promoted the supervision by public opinion to come into being, and is bringing the history of expression of China opinion and the history of supervision by public opinion into a new page.This paper comprises 4 chapters which carries out analyze and study on some typical cases, for example, the affair of Sun Zhigang, the affair that several person being cracked by a BMW car in Ha'erbing, the case of liuYong who is a cock of gangdom in Shenyang, etc. Therefore, this paper can systematically discuss the forming, developing, shape, character of Internet supervision by public opinion, and its influence on the consensus supervision of traditional media, and its co-operation with the consensus supervision of traditional media. In addition, this paper also discusses the current of consensus supervision, and how to pilot and regulate it in the Internet condition.
