Design And Implementation Of Government Procurement Information Management System

With the rapid development of economy,the expansion of city scale and population and the increase of government functions,government departments need more and more materials and government procurement transaction also shows the trend of increasing scale.However,there are many obvious problems in the way of government procurement without network in the past.Such as the purchasing cycle was uncertain,the procurement efficiency was low,and we couldn't balance the demand between supply and purchasing.Whether it is a centralized procurement or not,we can not avoid these problems.So there is an urgent need for a government procurement information management system.The system with network could integrate the government procurement transaction and overcome the shortcomings of the old way of purchasing.In this paper,we study the government procurement information management system and the overall development of the procurement transactions informationization.The advantages of this system is that it overcomes the shortcomings of centralized procurement which may affect the work enthusiasm and the normal item resource supply.It also decreases the purchasing workload and pressure brought by the uncentralized procurement,reduces the purchase cost of government procurement,and ensures fair and openness of the procurement work.This system adds the functions of government procurement plan management,purchase management,supplier management and the analysis of government procurement management.Then we introduce the system's related technologies,and we also analyze the overall system requirement,system design,system implementation process and the results.Finally,before being put into use and operation we test the system functions both inside one module and between modules,which is to ensure that the system can run normally after being put into use.Over the next period of time,with the continuous increase in procurement transactions,the system will continue to maintain good,standardize the procurement process,reduce procurement transaction costs,and shorten the procurement cycle.These are all the starting points of the system design.Considering these things,we will constantly improve the system for government procurement efforts.
