Research On Software Architecture Of Small And Medium-sized Information Management System

In the rapid development of computer network technology,Information Management Systems tends to be highly integrated, networked,intelligent. Small and Medium Enterprises as the strong growth point in national economic, occupies a position which should not be overlooked in the national economy. However, due to the constraints of various aspects, such as management conditions, operating methods, quality of staff, resources and equipment, the developmental progress of Enterprise Information Management can’t fully adapt to that of Small and Medium Enterprise,with the problem of delay or many and miscellaneous with trifles. In this paper, it focuses on doing research on the development process for Small and Medium-sized Information Management Systems(SMIMS), coming up with an universal approach to build the system, and design a common model which is proprietary for the special performance.On the basis of specific requirement analysis for SMIMS development platform based on generic models is designed. The central plank of information management system is the management of data. Therefore, the platform designs the basic functions of the operating table and column. In the platform, we can add tables, and edit the column information, which makes us establish the purpose of the data dictionary quickly.According to the features of the SMIMS, this paper picks up the modules which every SMIMS includes, called generic modules. Based on idea of object-oriented, the model is designed for each generic function modules, focusing on describing the common realization of the maintenance of menu and structure.In the part of database’s design, it offers the table information based on the function of table operation, column operation, permission and roles operation. The designer of permission data table is based on the idea of universal role permissions, which makes building Information Management System more rigorous. In addition, the paper makes a detailed description for common access to data dictionary and the patterning of dynamic SQL statement.Finally, the research on catering Information Management System is proposed as a case in this paper. On the basis of common development methodology proposed above, it describes the detailed process from requirements analysis to database design, and offers instantiated analysis and research on the catering Information Management System.
