In the industrial spot,usually we need to collected some spots data,and transport it to PC ,in order to analyse and control the equipments of the spot.with this judgment of the spot condition, then we can adopt homologous measure.This design adopt the S3C2410 cpu based on ARM IP, and the embedded Linux,and also with the MiniGUI a domestic mature GUI development interface.with this design,we put forward a solution that adopt advanced embeded system technology,including data collection and data monitor.this solution has a better expansibility and transplantation compared with the tradional 51SCM,it also has certain of improvement in safety,real-time and stability.After reasonable investigation of the petroleum industrial spot,This article a solution of the monitor system based on ARM embedded system,including the hardware choosing and the module design of the software.the main contents include analysis and transplantation of the BootLoader,the analysis and configuration of the Linux OS also with the transplantation.the development and transplantation of the device drive program,the transplantation of the MiniGUI interface and program design based on MiniGUI.the article gives a introduction from the keystone to the development.completely elaborate the whole development process of embedded system.and also we has an elaborate of the key techniques and the program code,such as the code of the Linux and Boot Loader, multi-threading programing and etc.After we've done above works,we basically complete the design and development of the each module in the monitor system based on embedded system.it also provieded a good expandable terrace for the follow-up research.This design solution can be extensively used in research and development of the industrial monitor area.
