This paper introduces the composition, the function and the characteristic of bank credit management system based on the expert system, having conducted the exhaustive Analy on the expert system's theory, such as fuzzy mathematics principle, knowledge expression, inference method, characteristic, integrant part, design, and technology, such as input and output of DelPhi database, commonly used control module application, SQL data inquiry, report form design, database security,. Mainly it has realized customer credit grading system, and produced the structure, the design and the system constitution of the bank credit grading system with perfect function and dynamic management.Because of the revising and carding of the grading management methods in 2003, the original customer rating system has not been able to satisfy the means need after the revision. Until now from 2003, the grading tool based on EXCEL is always used, not realizing the electron and the dynamic management of the customer credit grading entire process.Precisely in view of the present situation credit management system in China Agriculture Bank, I have conducted the quite thorough research and the discussion to the new generation of customer grading system. In view of the existing function and characteristic of the credit grading management, I have developed customer credit grading system of bank credit management system based on the expert system, utilizing the C/S structure, the object-oriented programming method, the DelPhi language programming, and unifying SQL Server 2000 databases and Windows XP, interior Notes platform of China Agriculture Bank. Therefore, the functions of the computation, the evaluation, and the inquiry can be realized.
