Nowadays, with the development of our country's economy financial IT industry is prosperous. Market economy has gradually developed into an age of high?tech oriented information.So we can expand the scale of commercial banks. Besides, we should ensure that the bank credit risk management keeps rapid and steady. And it is imminent to establish the related stable system of bank credit management which accord with Chinese current situation.As for the information management of the bank credit risk, we analyzed the related process of the business. Besides, it has confirmed the system's target about the management and functional requirements which has a large proportion. This system is based on J2 EE architecture. Then we can store and manage data in MYSQL database. By researching and analyzing the need of system, we adapted UML modeling technology to analyze the case of users. This project elaborated the system architecture by MVC architecture. The main function of system design is to indentify customer information, customer credit, loan application, account and loan account. In order to further demonstrate the whole control of the page about the related business process and realize the related sub function, we should design and realize every process of loan transaction and every different business classification.After the initial operation, the system has improved a lot in credit approval, risk monitoring, assets disposal and others. Next, there's scientific management in credit transaction, centralized management in credit data and intensive management in credit operation, which will greatly increase the market share of bank credit and boost the competitiveness. Simultaneously, it is convenient for the bank to carry out the credit management.
