As an indispensable resource in the real world,electricity provides great convenience for our life and work.Power companies play a vital role as a bridge between power generation and electricity.With the reform of the power system,power companies are no longer a big one.If power companies do not have core competitiveness in customer management and services,they are likely to face the risk of customer loss.For power companies,it is extremely important for the power service to manage and manage the electricity customers.The power company needs a management system that adapts to the power customers and conducts credit evaluation for the power customers.The customer implements different management measures and services.Based on the above background,combined with basic business needs and actual power customer management work needs,this paper first extracts and integrates customer data,payment records,electricity usage records and other data related to customer credit ratings,researches and analyzes data,and finds influence.The relevant factors of customer credit,so as to determine reasonable and effective new and old customer e'valuation indicators,provide technical support for customer credit rating evaluation.Subsequently,the customer establishes an evaluation model based on the evaluation indicators.For the old customers,this paper selects the evaluation index from the customer historical electricity consumption information,calculates the index weight based on the entropy weight method,obtains the customer credit rating,and then divides the credit rating for the electricity customer;New customers with no or only a small amount of historical indicator data,because their historical data of electricity consumption are different,the selection of credit evaluation indicators and the construction of evaluation models need to be discussed separately.When customers do not have historical power consumption information,only The evaluation index is selected from the customer initial registration information,and the Jaccard correlation coefficient is used to calculate the similarity between the new customer and the old customer to be evaluated.When the customer has the electricity record,the evaluation index is selected from the customer initial registration information and the historical electricity consumption information,and the similarity calculation is performed on the new and old customers by using the Jaccard correlation coefficient and the Hausdorff distance similarity algorithm respectively.The variable weight combination is used to calculate the overall similarity of the customer,and the level of the old customer with the highest similarity is assigned to the new customer to obtain the new customer credit rating Finally,based on the power customer credit rating evaluation model proposed in this paper,the power customer credit rating management system is constructed to provide differentiated services for different levels of customers,provide high-quality services to high-quality customers,and provide early warning and management for customers with risk loss to avoid Customer chun,the system also provides service case management functions to improve service efficiency.The paper mainly focuses on the development background,the functions realized by the system and the algorithm design.The B/S architecture is used to design and develop the architecture based on the MVC design model.The server uses the Oracle database to achieve the customer credit rating and quality.Power customer management system with technical service functions such as customer service management mechanism,credit rating data management,service case management,and customer churn risk management.Based on the above research background and implementation functions,the main target of the system is the power company,which is the power company management and control personnel and business personnel.The current system has been successfully used in a provincial power company of the State Grid,which greatly facilitates the power company staff to view the customer level,provide accurate services for quality customers,realize customer turnover warning,avoid customer loss,and feedback from all aspects is good.The recognition of business leaders has achieved certain results and achievements.
