The Chinese economy has entered a stage of market economy, as marketcompetition intensifies, the market economy is not only the economy of credit riskeconomic In market economy conditions, risk avoidance and the Yanshou Xin, to ensurethat the schedule to fulfill a variety of contractual relationships in the economicexchanges, the basic premise of the normal operation of the entire economic system.The more developed the market economy, the credit relations of the various economicactivities is more complex. At present, the lack of credit phenomenon in the social andeconomic life in China is very serious, malicious avoiding the debt, breach of contract,debt arrears, commercial fraud, counterfeiting and other economic promises, seriouslyrestricted the credit functions of play, the credit deterioration of the environment lead torising costs of market transactions. a direct impact on the improvement of the marketsystem and the efficiency of resource allocation.Power company, for example, malicious default electricity customers, and evasionof electricity and other issues in recent years, power companies had to pay theadditional manpower and resources to solve these problems, while on the power supplyenterprise economy, social and economic are a tremendous waste, the lack of creditmanagement has affected supply the normal business activities. Therefore, the supply ofelectricity customer credit management system in order to prevent arrears of electricitybills, reduce line losses, has become the important issues facing the power companiesmust.How scientific, objective and impartial assessment of the credit rating of the powerof enterprise customers and their credit risk to the effective management of the powersupply enterprises are facing a very important and urgent issue. In this paper, theprinciple of management, economics, statistics and other disciplines of knowledge,norms and empirical research combining qualitative and quantitative studies combiningmethod of combining static analysis and dynamic analysis, the analysis of the electricitycustomer credit on the basis of evaluation factors, the establishment of a set ofappropriate electricity customers credit rating of the indicator system. Through the analysis of power supply enterprise customer credit risk causes and proposed measuresto respond to customer credit risk, to make the power supply to avoid credit risk and toensure that the purpose of sustainable development.In this thesis, the background and significance, described the departure of theresearch status of the domestic and international credit management, the Neijiangdevelopment status of the power company, the main problem of this thesis andinnovation.The first part clarifies the background and significance, reviewed the history,development and current situation of the domestic and international credit management,this thesis, the main problem and innovation.The second part introduces the concept of credit and credit management, and thebackground of the power of enterprise credit management credit rating credit ratingassessment methods, pointing out that the characteristics of the power companies inelectricity sales and the sales model analysis.The third part of this chapter is starting from the power companies’ customer creditmanagement indicators, a detailed analysis of the power companies’ customermanagement criteria, the selection principle, credit management of the calculationmethods are described, select the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) on the powercompanies’ customer credit management system were calculated, the final evaluation ofthe comprehensive weight to the power formula of customer credit risk evaluation.The fourth section describes the power companies to credit risk, credit riskassessment, control, and about the undesirable consumption of power companycustomers, such as arrears, credit power, stealing electricity, leakage behavior, accordingto the power company’s credit model do the experimental results.The fifth part is the power company’s credit management system design andimplementation of part of the final test of the system.
