As the economic globalization and supply chain management mode emerges, enterprises are facing the increasingly fierce competition; Therefore, how to establish a set of scientific and efficient, chain can profit maximization quality monitoring model, is an urgent problem to be solved, it is this paper point of research. Supply chain quality management has been facing three major difficulties in both research and practice:1) the supply chain is a self-interested and distributed system; 2) information asymmetry exists in the production process; 3) quality is difficult to measure accurately and no perfect inspection technology exists. How to deal with these problems has recently received a great deal of attentions from researchers in disciplines such as management science and operations research. Traditional SCQM studies use mathematical models to investigate how to design supply chain contracts to control the self-interested and distributed system under the information asymmetry of the production process. Effective supply chain contracts, such as incentive, warranty, and vendor certification, are employed to leverage the quality performance of the supply chain.This paper aims to overcome the deficiency of traditional supply chain modeling method, follow the information system of scientific research model, provides an innovative modeling method to solve the quality inspection quality management of supply chain. The authors used with before the researcher's different view, namely the method based on ontology, auxiliary supply chain of the quality detection of implementation. Through consulting and reference to lots of Chinese and foreign literatures, in detail the related theory and constructing ontology method, and practice constructs the supply chain quality testing ontology; And then use the currently the most general, easy to be computer readable ontology language describes the OWL be; Then according to the model based on ontology, the concept of quality testing model technologies as supply chain implementation technical support.This paper will be focused on the research of how to use the ontological modeling technology on supply chain integration of intelligent monitoring quality. Expected results is made on supply chain between each group of quality control information can be shared; quality problems can maximize the real-time judgment, if problems could reduce the cost of after testing. Through modeling Angle to supply chain quality to detect problems have more emphasis on sex conceptualization and expression. This paper puts forward some modeling guidelines and explains the specific modeling process. This study not only to the enterprise's own brand management, consumer safety, non-enterprise organization timely complete quality inspection, and is of great significance to the academic researches on how to design can supply chain information system of quality management auxiliary research provides the new research methods and ideas.
