The Research Of Risk Management To CDSEI-MIS Project Construction

Nowadays, the information construction of an enterprise is very important to make the company more competitive. Because of too many incontrollable factors and the high probability of failure while implementing, the risk management, as a very important way to ensure the software project, is being more and more concerned.This paper described the importance of the risk management in a project, based on the writer's experience of managing the Management Information System of Chengdu SEI Optical Fiber Limited Company (CDSEI-MIS). Through classified analyzing the risk, this paper researched systematically and described comprehensively the control of the risk during the software's development and operation. Especially for the software development, the paper has researched comprehensively the predict, the identification, the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the risk, the establishment of risk management plan and dealing step and the risk's monitoring and control. Using the theories of Continuous Risk Management (CRM) of SEI and Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) of Microsoft, and the Software Risk Appraisement Model(SRAM) as reference, considering that different risk would effect different on the project while the software development, the paper assessed risk quantitatively, made the list of the major risks, adjusted the list properly during the project's process and made the proper risk dealing step to make sure the software development would be completed in certain demands.
