The Research On Workflow-Based Project Management System Of Medium And Small Enterprises

As enterprises put forward new demands of coordinating and controlling of time, cost, quality, human resources, etc. in the whole process of product development, and with the development of study on theory and technology in Project Management (PM), the functions of project management of the Product Data Management (PDM) system are gradually paid attention to by enterprises. However, there are still relatively few recent studies on Project Management system based on PDM, and also a lack of effective integration of project management technologies and product data integrated platform.This dissertation is based on the project"The Research of Web-Based Integrated of Engineering Drawing Management System"supported by Key Technologies Research and Development Program Fund of Sichuan Province, as a part of PDM system. The Workflow-Based prototype system of project management is researched, which provides certain foundation for PDM system, and also provides a more general solution and technology for enterprises to carry out project management.
