The Research Of Workflow Technology In Project Management

Workflow technology is the focus in the project management, it is used in many zones, such as enterprise's processes modeling, simulation analyzing, optimization and integration. It is one of the most important technologies of realizing the enterprises processes automatic execution. The research of workflow technology is to regulate enterprise's processes, analyze the mistakenly processes, optimize and reorganize the processes. It is very important for us to study workflow technology to improve project management's standardization and information.How is the workflow technology introduced into the business management, it making have the ability of high degree of flexibility. It can reorganize the business processes quickly when the processes changed, improve the enterprise's efficiency. This article considers these problems, combined the research project"Payment Plan Workflow Management System"of Anhui Electric Power Research Institute, and its main works are as follows:(1) The workflow technology is studied and analyzed in depth, and the workflow model idea and the methods of workflow modeling are discussed. And the color Petri net is confirmed as the main tool in workflow modeling.(2) We analyze the main function of workflow management, use hierarchical idea, and take web service technology to provide workflow service to other systems, design and develop a workflow management platform. It realizes the processes management better.(3) Based on the above research results, combined with the workflow management platform and the workflow management requirements of the Anhui Electric Power Research Institute, the system"Payment Plan Workflow Management System"is designed, its functions contains creating a payment contact, auditing the payment plan and the processes'execution.At present, Payment Plan Workflow Management System has passed the performance testing, and meets the requirements. The system achieves good results in Anhui Electric Power Research Institute.
