The Application Research Of Workflow Technology Based On Web Services In Project Management

With the increasing development of national economy and the vast foundation construction investment, the project information and data are asked to dynamic supervise during the large-scale project construction, which can carry out the information share and cooperation of the group. As a result, the improvement of management and work efficiency becomes the key issue in the process and quality of project. To resolve the problem, we adopt the workflow technology to set up an oriented web service workflow management system. on the basis of the issue, the paper purposed an applicable solution project and implement on the background of one enterprise 's project development. WFMS has successful been carried out which is according to the current enterprise information level and situation on the basis of the research of the implication of workflow technology on project management field. The WFMS has adopted the Oriented-Object language—Java and Struts development model, and implement the design of the sub-system model of user-authority, workflow design, workflow engineer and database design. WFMS not only has implement the function of user flexible workflow definition and configuration,but also has stronger security, especially the design of Role-Authority sub-system. However, with the restrict of enterprise situation and demand of time, it has weak interface .to communicate with other systems, and we will do more research to implement the distributed WFMS and information exchange of hetero-system according to based-SOAP protocol Web Service technology.
