Condition monitoring is an effective strategy for rotating machinery. Nowadays, the kernel chips of the equipment for vibration monitoring which are adopted by the factory of our country are Single Chip or computer. Their ability of data process is limited. The digital system based on DSP is characteristic of more precision and more actuality. It is very fit for condition monitoring system of rotating machinery because of its strong ability of parallel disposal. The design of this article is used for the condition monitoring for rotating machinery.The system is composed of the parts of the analog signal regulation, Digital Signal Processor (DSP) and communication. The analog signals are regulated to satisfy the system and Analog-to-Digital Converter(ADC); DSP is the core part and is connected with ADCs, a controller of Ethernet, a RS-485 bus transceiver, a CAN bus transceiver and a clock. The real-time data is disposed by DSP and is transferred to the upper computer when the alarm is happened. Nowadays, RS-485 bus, CAN bus and Ethernet are used much better in the domain of industry control. These three communication means are integrated within the design in this article. The module of DSP is TMS320F2812 of TI Company and its strong ability of processing and facilities on chip are better used.The designs of circuit and Electro Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) are very important for the high-speed disposal system and the design of high frequency Printed Circuit is more important. It is described in detail in this article; for the mixed voltage system, the meet of different voltage chip is very important and it is also described in detail.In this system, the author takes charges of the design of hardware and software.
