The maintenance of power equipment is the prerequisite to ensure the safe and reliable operation of equipment.With the continuous updating and iteration of Yingkou Electric Power Supply Company's equipment,it is urgent to build a power equipment condition monitoring system to effectively manage the running power equipment,and propose the corresponding equipment maintenance plan according to the state change trend of the power equipment to realize high-quality and stable supply.Based on the actual application requirements of Yingkou Electric Power Supply Company,this paper designs and implements a set of power equipment condition monitoring system,so as to ensure the normal operation of the company's power equipment condition monitoring system and effectively help the detection of power equipment status.This paper completes the functional structure design of the main module,designs the conceptual structure and logical structure of the database,and presents the system interaction sequence diagram.Popular C# is selected for development,and MySQL database is used for data storage.The system implements and tests six functional modules,including system platform management,item view,data browsing modification,duty management,interface drawing management and electrical equipment auxiliary analysis.In addition,the state assessment model of power equipment is established,which uses the real-time monitoring data of electrical equipment to calculate the health degree of power equipment,and then displays the health status in time,thereby realizing the real-time prediction of health degree and reducing the occurrence of power failure.At present,the power equipment condition monitoring system is in normal operation,which can effectively monitor the state of power equipment,predict the probability of power equipment failure,and propose maintenance opinions and plans,thus achieving high-quality and stable power supply.
