After many years' planning and construction, LNCNC has implemented a full set of specialized computer-based support systems, including billing system, Project 97 system, network management system, resource management system, customer service system.These systems played a irreplaceable role in LNCNC s daily operation. While they are taking the heavy burden of supporting LNCNC s vast business, they also have many problems due to their historical limitations. These problems are becoming more apparent due to the rapid development of LNCNC s business.LNCNC s IBSP (Integrated Business Service Platform) is a NGOSS(Next-Generation OSS) System providing a fully support for telecom service fulfillment and assurance, the whole system includes many function modules like Service/ServiceOrder/WorkOrder model, Customer and Accounting Management etc. It's a B/S structure, multilayer application system based on the J2EE framework. It uses the ORMapping technical on the database access, which supports all popular database systems. It uses the webflow technical in web page design, which provides a simple and fast framework to develop web application. It uses workflow technical, which is a visual and flexible tool, in the business flow control. Its Service /ServiceOrder/WorkOrder model makes a scalable framework for business expansion and business rule management. All these features make LNCNC's IBSP a leading NGOSS system in the domestic market.This paper begins with background of the new IBSP and my work, then introduc its the data model and the system structure. |
