| These years, Digital TV was booming in China. This trend will drive the whole broadcasting and TV industry enormous change. And Operation Support System (OSS) of digital TV is the most important factor, also the foundation that digital TV can launch the large-scale value-added services of next. With the general application in China, what kind of digital TV's OSS architecture is adopted to accord with Cable TV and Digital TV double great development is we must consider and research. So this paper will mainly focus on Digital TV OSS's designing and implementation issues through a real project of the Digital TV operator.First, the paper introduced Digital TV OSS's system architecture and service carrying-on model according to SARFT (State Administration of Radio, Film & TV) Digital TV SMS (Subscriber Management System) testing and assess standard. Second, OOD was used to build up the model of Digital TV OSS's business objects and introduced telecommunication's OSS building experiences. Finally, a trial system was developed based-on OSS/J architecture.During the process of finishing the paper, I participated in requirements analysis, general designing, detailed designing and implemented a module including business management. |
