| With the growing competition of market and the rapid development of computer technology, the native telecom operators will confront with a challenging future. Improving the standardization level, realizing the computerization and automatization of the telecom operators' business flows are essential and effective ways for them to improve the quality of service, the efficiency of the management, and the ability to compete against others.eTOM framework gives us an international and all-sided description of the whole prospect of the activities inside the telecom operators, defines and describes roundly all the work activities and business flows inside the enterprise step by step. eTOM shapes the telecom operators' layout, construction, operation and management and other courses and proactive strategies for their new generation OSS, so eTOM is the whole framework and platform in which the telecom operators reconstruct their organization, reengineer their business flows and build their information supporting system. By now the research of the workflow technology and the development of the workflow-correlative products have been becoming more and more flourishing, and the latest technologies in growing numbers are integrated with the workflow technology. The file management system, database, email, mobile computation, internet service and other products are used in workflow management system. The developing workflow technology provides us with an effective way to resolve the problem how to standardize the business flow in telecom operators.The paper analyzes the problems in the business flow system of native telecom operator in the view of eTOM, and proposes a solution to it, and then it realizes the workflow supporting system on the .NET platform and BizTalk Server. The paper give a new workflow engine (which is the core of the system) solution in detail basing on the traits of BizTalk and difficulties found in the project. |
