The Research And Design On Office Automation System Based On J2EE

This paper is in a view of enterprise management and business development needs, based on the analysis of conducting the technical feasibility, economic feasibility and management feasibility; developing the office automation systems for the enterprise with the application of computer technology and Internet technology. System development uses Tomcat 6.0, Jdk1.6 and Mysql. The design of system uses My Eclipse 7.0 as the primary development tool, combined with Hibernate and Servlet technologies, and achieves sending and receiving documents management, employee records management, on duty information management, meeting management ultimately. Office automation systems can change the Agricultural Development Corporation traditional office model, simplify the complexity of the original manual office and reduce the chance of error through the implementation and management. In this paper, starts from the research of the background and significance, first of all, it elaborates the status of the study on this subject both domestic and abroad, and then expatiates on issues related to the use of technical information, follows by a detailed analysis of user needs and the overall design, accomplishes the implementation and tests of system design.Office automation system is the direction of development for the study of enterprise information, there is a great broad prospect of application. How will the enterprise business processes be better used in office automation, not only can improve the efficiency and quality of integration, but the application of office automation system also can be a useful exploration and practice. Due to the specific application form of office automation in the office management field is office automation system, the importance and urgency of office automation construction become more and more obvious. This paper is based on the J2EE uses Agricultural Development Corporation as an example, to explore and practice the office automation system. Hope the study can promote the development and application of office automation system in our country.
