The Research of GeoScience Spatial Data Model can offer the base of comprehension for GeoScience Data. Because those existing models emphasize particularly on the requirement of projects, the relation of entities and the rule description of semantic restriction are short of consistency. These effect comprehend for GeoScience Data in a certain extent. On the other hand, the basic data models are not commendably designed to any kinds of data structure. Therefore, Researching a new data model for the domain of Geological Survey is necessary.This paper detailedly discusses the technique method about building the framework of integrated GeoScience Data Model on the basic of researching GEODATABASE data models.This paper brings forward a new research pattern of data model to change those old patterns. First, building an integrated base-content standard of GeoScientif ic Data Model. Secondly, establishing a special standard by selection and restriction. Lastly, building an application pattern by extension and inclusion. This research method can build one idiographic database by extending feature class or object class, and also can keep in contact with the basic data model. This mechanism not only reacts on instructing the implement of basic data model, but also will be propitious to integration and share of the multi-sources data.In the research, this paper uses Orient-Object technique, Large-Database technique, adopts UML, builds the model from conception and logic to physics data model, thinks over the relation of logic and physics data model.This paper discusses the distributed spatial data organizing model, and analyses the mechanism of spatial data incorporate Discovery by metadata and UDDI. In this way, it implements integrated data model that manages multi-sources, multi-scales, isomerous data.This paper analyses the process of building Digital Regional GeoMap Data Model and introduces the complexion of building database synoptically. Lastly, by introducing the GeoScience data services application demonstration in the NGSIG, proves the rationality of GeoScience data model.
