The Design And Implementation Of Integrated OA For National Tax Bureau (Regional) E-Government

The terminology, "electronic government" indicates that the government will reduce, optimize, integrate, and reform the government management and service functions, then realize on net work system. For safety considerations, e-government service is divided into: local network and remote network..As a local network, National Taxi Bureau (City) E-government Service System runs all daily works based on large database.E-government Comprehensive Work System can improve working condition, environment, efficiency and reduce workload.Also it can accelerate standardization, automation, networking of office working, and expedite our e-govenment service. Workflow technique is the key point, and can improve working efficiency. Recently many designer and user pay attention to this technique.This thesis discussed newly designed workflow managment system based on .net, SQL SERVER 2000. The writer studied WFMS frame structure based on web.and the key technique-workflow engine design; defined main function and multi-level achitecture and plans. Then discussed application of WFMS based on Web. The e-government service system developed by writer based on .net WFMS focus on application of workflow technique in e-gorvernment service, trying to apply it in government affair flow refrom,process management, and automation; and discussed solutions for problems identified during application.This thesis takes Dezhou City National Tax Bureau as an example, which applied workflow techinque in E-government Comprehensive Work System, abstract analyze it and discuss its plateform, application and technique;introduces its structure, design and actual applicaion situation.
