Research On Enterprise Knowledge Blog System And The Application In Knowledge Management

With Key science and technology project of Zhejiang Province "the research on product design and manufacturing management system for quick response of customer demanding and it's application on the auto fittings manufacturing industry", based on the study of enterprise knowledge management &system, according to the demanding of developing distributing, individuation and amenity knowledge management, this paper chooses the newest developing phenomenon and system of Internet-blog to study. Bring this personal knowledge management tool-blog to the enterprises, and test it's feasibility as an enterprise knowledge management tool in theory and practice. Also it will help to resolve the problems in the recent enterprise knowledge management, make up the deficiency of traditional knowledge management system in distributing, informality, and individuation and so on. With the tool of blog, a nice relationship in personal knowledge management and organization knowledge management was made, promoting their integration and transformation.This paper's main task is:In the first paragraph, the research background, the situation and problems of knowledge management is expatiated, and the demanding of blog is elicited. Then this paper introduces the definition, developing history, connotation, extension and related tools of blog; in the end this paper gives the research aims, main content and system structure.In the second paragraph, this paper analyzes the effect, mechanism, and running model of the blog, and studies the self-organization of knowledge blog in enterprises. Then this paper establishes the function model and non-scale net model of enterprise knowledge blog.In third paragraph, this paper expresses the related technology of enterprise knowledge management. Through the second paragraph's theory and methods, this paper designs and develops an enterprise knowledge management prototype system, defines the code criterion of the system, establishes the system structure framework of enterprise knowledge blog system, and finally introduces the module implement of it.In the forth paragraph, this paper mainly studies the existed enterprise knowledge management system, and discuses the advantages of enterprise knowledge blog system and its position in knowledge management system.
