Research On The Application Of Project Management Maturity Model In System Integration Enterprises

The Project Management Maturity Model was developed in recent years. Based by Project Management Body of knowledge, it is used to measure the level of project management in a organization and it's core idea is continuous improvement. It gives a frame for enterprises to improve the management level.As the system integration enterprises are project-oriented, the usage of PMMM will help to resolve lots of problems of them.This thesis discussed the application of PMMM in system integration enterprises through a case of process improvement of Beijing Daming Information Technology Ltd. CO. In the procedure of using PMMM, Daming Information adjusted the model according to its requests and made it more compatible. The method of auditing referred to the method of CMM. And then, they divided the improvement activity into several stages and executed them one by one. After checking the results of improvement, it indicated that the improvement is effective. Finally, the thesis gave some suggestions of the practice application of PMMM in system integration enterprises.
