Along with the continuous development of network technology and information technology, information technology has become an important trend and direction of software and information technology services for the development of project management. Using the Capability Maturity Model Integration(CMMI) model and management information system(MIS) technology, carry out improvement for software enterprise project management level, ensure project quality, standardized production process plays an important ro le in project management information system.In this paper the research object of Talkweb Information System Co.,Ltd, the Capability Maturity Model Integration(CMMI), project management knowledge system(PMBOK) and management information system(MIS) rela ted theory and technology, firstly analyzes the business process and function module of the company's existing project management information system, summed up the current problems of system according to the principle of improvement; put forward the system to improve the overall design, detailed design of the module service function improved system; finally, according to the actual situation of the company put forward the implementation strategy, system improvement and implementation of security benefit analysis.This paper draws the conclusion: in the software enterprises based on the analysis and design of project management system, improve the management of CMMI for enterprise to enhance project management capabilities and accumulated a wealth of knowledge.
