As the scale of Broad Band network is becoming larger, in order to meet the requirements of operating, more attention should be paid to areas such as access controlling and accounting. This dissertation introduces DCBI-3000 Authentication & Accounting System, which is developed by Digital China Networks and compliant with the specification of RADIUS protocol. DCBI-3000 system can provide many functions, including authentication, authorization, access controlling, accounting information collection, user management, billing management, settlement and user querying service.
