Authentication Authorization Accounting System Design And Realization For Broadband Network In Ctt Fujian

China TieTong as a new telecom operator, has a nationwide large-scale public telecommunication network, operating a variety of basic telecommunications business and value-added telecom business, forming a fixed, intelligent network, broadband data, NGN and other business of coexistence and common development pattern.Along with China Mobile and China TieTong merged, as China TieTong development brought new opportunity and challenge. In recent years, in the opening of the whole network requires the development of broadband business and Fujian mobile and Fujian TieTong cooperation broadband business background, Fujian TieTong broadband business has been rapid development, the business volume and the user scale have been significant growth. Therefore, AAA system to meet the future Fujian Tietong broadband business development needs, the urgent need for broadband authentication system to planning, construction of a high reliability, high accuracy, high safety and high practicability of authentication and accounting system.In this paper, combining the practical work, the Fujian Tietong broadband business present situation and the development needs are analyzed, around the Fujian Tietong broadband authentication and accounting system expansion construction, from the angle of system discussed Fujian Tietong broadband authentication and accounting system design and implementation issues, put forward Fujian Tietong broadband authentication billing system architecture design, including system software architecture, network architecture, the system should have the function, the system hardware configuration and performance were estimated, and ultimately determine the detailed cutover scheme, also participated in the organization of the implementation of the whole project, ensure the smooth implementation of the project. This system has been on the line in Fujian Tietong for a year, and achieved good results.
