This enhanced the Authentication and the Authorization security and the efficiency, fully flexible attribute which provided using RADIUS,realized diversely Accounting function.I finished the paper based on this research. The present paper has studied the VoIP technology as well as accounting the correlation standard and the protocol, has studied the RADIUS protocol content and the work flow;Designed and realizes based on the RADIUS protocol Authentication & Accounting function. Moreover in the realization process, therationality which and accounting in view of the RADIUS authentication security, has made the certain improvement,enhanced the authentication security, was precise the computation. The test indicated that, this RADIUS server can with the client termianl,the gatekeeper coordinates together works, completes VoIP the Authentication and Accounting function, simultaneously this system also has the certain flexibility ,can support many kinds of services, has quite nimbly accounting strategy. Finally proposed this system deficiency and waits forfurther the thorough tentative plan.
