It's an ocean age in the 21th century. With People develop oceans and transport things on oceans more and more, ocean accidents happen more and more, which do bad harm to people's lives and estate, even pollute the environment of oceans. When ocean accidents happen, submarine rescue often has much difficulty because of special environment of ocean and bad climate. This need get rescue information exactly and reliantly. So getting submarine rescue information exactly and reliantly is the precondition and key to available rescue.Apparently, the precision and reliability of sensor information will affect submarine rescue system greatly. Because original sensor information is incertitude and has noise, we must fuse multi-sensor information for enhancing the precision and reliability of sensor information.This paper studies multi-sensor fusion technology on position and course measure. Mainly difference GPS, data of sonar, and course data are dealt with. Following objects can be reached by making use of redundant and different types of data of sensor:①Improve precision of measuring system;②Increase the reliability of information synthesis;③Increase the validity of system, improve the dependability of system.In this thesis, items of research are as follows:①Conception and model of information fusion. The model of informationfusion can be denoted through function, construction and math etc. ②Measure system of rescue information and information pretreatment. The measure system of rescue information has the position measure system: difference GPS measure system, acoustics measure system; course measure system: magnetism or electric compass; gesture measure system: pendulum sensor, capacitive sensor etc; velocity measure system: DVL. At last, we introduce some methods of information pretreatment to take out error value.
