In recent years, with the rapid development of the coal industry, mining accidents occurfrequently, therefore, improved coal mine emergency rescue capabilities to reduce the loss ofpersonnel property is imperative. There are some problems, such as the incomplete of rescuecommunications equipment, the low degree of integration, these problems led to the rescuedevice size, power consumption larger and information management more backward,affecting the rescue efficiency, although the emergency rescue technology and equipmenthave made significant progress in recent years.This topic, Design of the application management software of rescue communicationsystem, is from an R&D task named the National Science and Technology SupportProgram"based on the wireless mesh network underground visualization disaster reliefcommunications technology and equipment (SQ2011SF13B00488), my main job is that onthe basis of a requirement analysis on system PC side, using the TCP/IP, the FFmpeg opensource decoding library, AVI and other technology to complete a display for receiving anddecoding of the H.264compressed video streams, audio capture and playback, the receptionand display of environmental parameters and their data preservation function, and focus onpure software decoding of H.264video streams, the fusion storage to data streams ofaudio,video and environmental parameter by use of AVI technology. In summary, the paperdeveloped a rescue communications system application management software with thefunction of video display, multi-party call, the environmental parameters records storage,management and retrieval of multimedia information, video playback based Windows system.Finally, rescue communication system application management software has been testedwith the system front-end. The test results show that the software can meet the demand of system, the software running in good condition, each sub-function modules has a lowcoupling because of using a modular design, to facilitate the secondary development, softwarehas friendly interface, simple operation. The software design can also be a reference for otheremergency rescue area, with broad development and application prospects.
