This paper first systematically introduces some theory of multi-sensor Information Fusion, include the conception , the theory model and the correlate arithmetic of this Information Fusion technology. Then we use the combine filter model build a simulation table of the GPS/INS/GLONASS/DOUBLE STAR integrated navigation system by the tool of Simulink in MatLab. According to this simulation table, we can test different fusion arithmetic just by changing the arithmetic file called in the child filter. So that we can study the fusion arithmetic . In the end this paper put much emphasis on studying the Kaman Filter method and the H∞ Filter method in the random method and some artificial intelligence method like the Neural Net and the Fuzzy theory. After that this paper uses those methods in the integrated navigation system by the simulation table. The results of the simulation show us that what is the advantage and disadvantage of this method, so that we can choose the best way in the integrated navigation system.
