Vagrants and beggars management information system is the key business system of digital home project. This system helps distinguish and review quickly and effectively, and provides assistance to all levels department of using computer technology and network technology to do the work of social assistance and relief work.At the same time it achieves sharing of information resources to meet all levels of the rescue stations'operations management and service needs.In this paper, we focus on the major components of aid management information system:inbound-management,station-management,off-station-management,inter-provincial transfers work and statistical analysis modules.We use UML-based object-oriented technology to analyse the system and map the use case diagram, package diagram and sequence diagram, which provide reference model to development of the system. We use the E-R diagram describe the database model,plan entities and links of the system, and convert to the corresponding logical form. In order to obtain good scalability, we use the three-tier architecture development combined with spring as the middleware.For the system characteristics, we use the browser/server (B/S) mode to manage the information input, modification and query, which simplify data collection in the middle part. This system uses business intelligence technology to achieve the specific data analysis functions, including chart of data analysis, multidimensional analysis and data retrospective analysis.Requirements analysis and data analysis modules are the key and difficult parts of system development process. We use UML tools to get the demand of research.In order to improve efficiency and effectiveness of data analysis, the system introduces business intelligence technology which makes full use of collected data.We establish data warehousing and produce model to achieve multidimensional data analysis in order to provide management information.
