The earthquake fieldinformation is rescue control center implementation rescue scheduling is an importantbasis, is a efficient, quick and safe rescue of the important foundation, in order to reducecasualties and property losses, design a kind of simple operation, easy to carryearthquake field environment information collection instruments, main collection to thepersonal safety of the earthquake damage the environment information, will thecollected information through wireless communication transfer to the rear rescuecontrol center, so as to implement more effective and more safe rescue strategy.This paper mainly through the sensor separately collection earthquake field oftoxic gases content (main testing CO gas and chemical gas) and earthquake fieldconstruction damage status, roads situation of information, when rescuers aroundcollection to toxic gas concentrations higher than the set value in advance, the alarmwill automatically alarm, remind the rescue team quickly leave dangerous environment,as rescue workers use GPS positioning system positioning itself location, sensors tocollect data information through the embedded system processing, storage, through theCDMA wireless communication module real-time transmission to the rear rescuecontrol center, the relief control center to the scene through the analysis of the datatransmission in order to implement the fast and secure rescue strategy as rescue control center according to the base of the error of GPS provide parameters on the rescueworkers of GPS positioning information corrected, through the CDMA wirelesscommunication module sent to each rescue team members and displayed on the TFTpanel, the main results realized with CH4, H2, C0and ethanol gas and the view of thecollection is like.The system mainly by the information acquisition module, the GPS module,CDMA communication module and embedded system module. The informationcollection module mainly collection site toxic gases and construction damage status,roads, etc information, poisonous gas collection part adopts high sensitivity MQ309Atype of gas sensor, image acquisition of the Omni Vision of the company OV3642asimage acquisition sensor. GPS module selection Ashtech company GG12type OEMboard, no interference positioning accuracy in5meters that less than, GPS module andembedded processor connected through a serial port. Wireless communication moduleUSES huawei’s CM320, this module is responsible for on-site the collected informationdata transmission, and responsible for rescue personnel of voice communicationbetween, through NAND FLASH memory to transplant AT command realize andembedded systems of communication between the module. The embedded systemmodule USES as a core processor, SAMSUNG S3C6410using Linux as embeddedoperating system, adopt U-boot as embedded system is the guidance of the program,through a serial port, USB interface respectively with the field information acquisitionmodule, the GPS module, CDMA module connected, so as to realize the modules andembedded systems of communication between the module.The system has a small size, low power consumption, expandability etc, throughthe shortcut key way to control CDMA wireless communication module and embeddedprocessor of communication between the S3C6410, in the earthquake field work ofrescue has strong use value, and by extension can be applied to other disaster relief andenvironmental monitoring.
