The topics come from the submarine rescue ship of the research of a life-saving information in real-time display system. Because of the use of submarine rescue information management from this text has a lot of questions in this way, for example, it is not convenient to query information, low work efficiency, not ease of preservation of information to submarine rescue for a long-term and analysis of statistical information. To solve these problems, this topic using computer serial and network communication implementation of the submarine rescue real-time information collection and information management, and development the database. Can improve the efficiency of information management , facilitated operation the information, providing the information sharing and information security Etc.In the design, carried out user needs analysis firstly, the structure of the system is divided into two major parts, namely, that submarine rescue information in real-time information collection and management system. The latter includes of submarine rescue database design and submarine information management system function module design. Information management including: query, display, backup and restore, print and preview Etc.Secondly, described the use of multimedia timer technology and Windows Socket implementation on serial and network real-time acquisition of submarine rescue information detailed.Then introduce a creation process of the submarine rescue database, discussed the mathematical model of relational databases, modeling theory, but also give the create detailed steps and whole entire framework of submarine rescue database, based on the digestion and analysis of a large number of the type of submarine rescue information, use of SQL SERVER 2000 to create a submarine rescue database.Subsequently, under the Visual C++ 6.0 comprehensive analysis of the design and implementation of submarine rescue information management system function modules, the use of ADO (Activity Data Objects) technology to achieve submarine rescue information storage, backup and recovery, using of ant colony algorithm to optimize the query information, the use of dialog box implementation of the dynamic display of information for submarine rescue, both giving the important source code in the text.Finally, for the system achieve the function verification, verification operation results indicate that the program interface friendly, stable and reliable in work.
