Research On Security Technology Of E-Government

With the coming of information era and the rapid advance of modern technology, especially the progress of computer technology, communication technology and automation technology , people attach importance to the application of E-Government gradually. E-Government is very important to improve the office quality and efficiency of the office , it can help to bring forward scientific and exact decision and also has a very important meaning to improve the management of managers and the competition of corporations.The design originates from "Operational Integration OA Platform of E-Government Based on National Standards Modelling". According to the actual government functions to the special request of security, it lays emphasis on the research of application security. This thesis has done the work of three following respects mainly.Firstly, the thesis studies and analyzes the flaw in the workflow design. According to the standard of E-Government in Heilongjiang province, it also analyzes the cause that the E-Government System uses the Lotus Workflow as the developing tool. And it studies and designs the workflow system with Lotus Workflow.Secondly, according to the character of E-Government, analyzing all the problems of implementing CA system and the different requirement of actual security, two schemes of CA system are presented and implemented.Finally, according to introducing the relation of CA system and the electronic seal, it studies and analyzes the theory of the electronic seal system, and the electronic seal system is implemented.
