The Workflow-based Enterprise’s Seal Supervision System

With the increase of enterprise scale and the development of computer technology, the business becomes more and more complex, traditional information management system can’t support the operation of the enterprise. In order to solve this problem, developers take business process management (BPM) away from the traditional information management system, using workflow technology to manage the business process. This way reduces the burden of the information system, to intensifies the business process management, improves the efficiency of the enterprise, reduces the cost of manpower and time. The using of workflow technology takes effect for the enterprise business management and the efficient operation.In the modern enterprise management, seal management is an essential part. However, Seal management is complex in a large enterprise. It’s difficulty in management, and seals in the process of using is a time-consuming work, It’s difficult to stamp in time when someone want to use the seal. So making seal management into the information management system can solve the cumbersome and inefficient problem of seal using, and using WWF workflow and visual workflow to realize manual approval process in information management. The two workflows belong to two kinds of technology, we use these two kinds of workflow to achieve using the regulatory process. This method can make the system rapid response to the change of business process, it can improve the flexibility in business process management. The article make the problem of seal in process of management as the breakthrough point, analysis business process of seal management, developed a seal regulatory system, and on the basis of the system, using two kinds of workflow to realize the business process of auditing in seal regulation. At last, we summarize the characteristics of two kinds of workflow. The system has been applied in the enterprise, which brought great convenience for the enterprise.In this paper, the specific work content is as follows:(1)According to the characteristics of the seal supervision business, analyzing process business on the seal regulation, designing system framework design, function module and database, and implementing the function modules in seal regulatory system.(2)For seal using regulatory module in seal regulatory system, we designed Workflow framework based on the WWF, and designed the state machine of seal and auditing, through the design and control of the state machine to implement business process management, and finally implement the workflow on WWF in seal using regulatory module of seal regulatory system.(3)According to the business process of seal using, we integrated visual workflow to seal regulatory system. We integrated database and code of client and server in visual workflow to seal regulatory system. By calling the interface of visual workflow to implement the approval process of seal using.This system makes seal management automate, makes the seal record and manage uniformly. It provides a global and efficient management style for enterprise managers, and records the seal using of enterprise. At the same time, it improves the efficiency of seal using in enterprise by workflow technology to design and implement business process. When the business process changes, it can make system to response the change quickly by using workflow technology which improves the flexibility of system. At the same time, it reduces the cost of development.
