Research On Workflow Technology In Application Software System Of Electronic Government Affairs

Along with deepening the reformation of the governmental organization and enhancing the macro-administrant functions of the government. The original work mode is not satisfied the progressive requirement such as the affairs handling and information sharing. In order to improve the efficiency and insure the exactness of work, we should make full use of the modern information technology and build the E-Government Affairs system.As a key technology of process modeling and process management, workflow technology can be combined with other business management system, such as office automation, E-Government Affairs system, and so on. Workflow improves efficiency and transpiration of government work and realizes business process reengineering of enterprises. The main point of building the E-Government Affairs system is not only focusing on the share of information, but also emphasizing the collaborations of each other. The implementation of the collaborations is depended on the workflow technology. The workflow model is the abstract description of the workflow, and the core of the whole workflow technology, it should not only describe the workflow exactly and distinctly, but also be feasible and easy to understand by the user and designer.The research purpose of the thesis is: to put up a flexible and extensible work-flow model, and realize the complicable business flow fluctuate cross different ditricts e-government system through J2EE. Firstly, the thesis deeply analysizes the work-flow technology, as well as its infrastructure, process model and control model; Secondly, the thesis generalizes the popular work-flow module technology and realize technology, put out a module method for e-government application software system, based on work-flow technology, and which descripts the system module process by UML; At last, we analysizes some specific issues on how to carry out the model hi realistic system, and finished the application of the former work-flow model in district-level e-government system.In the process of the specific designing, we persist in the principle of intelligentize, integerize and cooperation, carry out the model based on J2EE framework. After deeply testing, we know that the system have some characteristic such as extension, reliability, stability and so on.
