Studies On The Method Of Capability Evaluation For Ground Station System Resource

Capability evaluation and analysis to the system of ground station resource is an important part of Ground Station Resource Deployment, which directly affect the efficiency of the Satellite Mission. Especially, with the terrible status of "Muti-satellites Conflict", ground station resource can not fulfill all of the satellites requests, meanwhile, as the high cost of the ground station equipments, reasonable evaluating the capability of ground station resource becoming more and more urgent. The ground station system, with a large number of factors to consider, and parts of which have close relationship both in time and space, is an complicated big-system, so, evaluating the capability of ground station resource have a series of difficulties. Aiming at feature of the function to the ground station system, thesis turns the problem to evaluating the scheduling result of the ground station resource.Firstly, based on analyzing the main task and function of the ground station system, keeping to correlative principle, the paper built the evaluation indexes system for the problem, then detailed explained each index and presented the calculating methods. Secondly, the author gave definition to "Resource Conflict", presented the conflict indexes and calculating methods, next put out the collectivity thought to evaluating the capability of ground station resource, based on which built the model framework, then detailed explain the evaluating flow. Thirdly, the paper analyze the forecast access data method and satellite orbit position calculation and resource scheduling method, meantime detailed introduce the factor to satellite orbit perturbed motion and the evaluation indexes to resource scheduling. Fourthly, studying some relatively matters to the ground station resource capability evaluation software, bringing forward the principal and goal to the system designing, presenting the logic structure and main datasheet of the systemic database, and the software integrate the STK. Lastly, the paper project an applied instance, then the research indicated that the software, which has good human-computer interaction environments and support visually evaluation-process, can evaluate and analyze the task capability of the ground station resource, can fully meet the working demand of administrative department of ground station. The results show good application vision of the software.
