Animalcule fermentation engineering is the foundation of bioengineering as well as modern biology technology and bioengineering industrialization. With the development of the fermentation engineering, the optimization and control of fermentation process are imminently needed. However, the fermentation process is non-linear and time-varying, and the biology paramaters can't be measured on-line. And the measurement and control system in fermentation process which can only measure and control general parameters has no ability to measure the biology paramaters on-line. Therefore, researching on methods to integrate the measurement and control system with intelligent measurement function is valuable practically.In this paper, on the basis of detailed analysis of the integration of the measurement and control system in fermentation process, the virtual instrument is used in the measurement and control system, and the integration and application of the intelligent measurement and control system based on the virtual instrument is studied. The system architecture, function description and integration principle are given. According to the virtual instrument base on PXI bus, the intelligent measurement and control system with intelligent measurement and control function in fermentation process is integrated. The software and hardware design methods and the method to realize the system are put forward too. And the system is also used in fermentation process to produce GSH.
