Based On Virtual Instrument And Control System Design And Research

Virtual Instrument represents a fire-new concept of instrument. Virtual Instrument makes use of the computing power and software of modern PC. This thesis mainly describes some key technologies of using the technology of Virtual Instrument to develop a measurement and control system, including the establishment of the concept of Virtual Instrument, the establishment of the data acquisition subsystem, the establishment of the GPIB instrument control subsystem, the research of the technology of VISA. In the thesis, the technologies of DDE, DataSocket, DCOM/ActiveX also are described. Three methods based on these technologies described above are applied to remote control and measurement system. System structure and working principle are stated in detail.The application of Virtual Instrument to the measurement and control system can save the cost of establishment of the system, and improve the performance of the system.
