With the rapid development of the bio-engineering technology, the fermentation industrial gets more and more attentions by technology and biological. So the automatic control of the process has been demands more importantly. Model based on experimental data, parameter estimation and control of process parameters is to improve the efficiency of fermentation process and an important means of automatic control level. On this purpose ,this article discussed the biological fermentation process monitoring and control system is the study design. Develop a platform for the bio-fermentation process in need of application for existing laboratory equipment. From the application point of view, the paper design of bio-fermentation process monitoring and control system operates by serial port communicating with.The system is equipped with the Under-bit machine and PC. Under-bit machine to single-chip C-based languages, as an ordinary PC using LabVIEW combined with PC-software MATLAB to realize the complexity of the intelligent control.The main subject of the work and reads as follows(1) Analysis of the development of fermentation engineering control equipment status and fermentation reaction(2)To study the fermentation reaction, as well as the basic principles of process and environmental parameters for the fermentation process, analysis of control principle, and gives ways and means of control.(3) LabVIEW and MATLAB programming ideas and methods, set up PC software platform, simple and intuitive way to complete the complex design.(4) the realization of LabVIEW-based intelligent control and simulation design.
