The Application And Research Of IRP Technology In Implementing CIMS For Process Enterprises

Nowadays, with the development of information technology, process enterprises are developing gradually to be large-scale, continuous, automated and integrated direction. CIMS (Computer Integrated Manufacturing Systems) for process enterprises is the integrated system of its production, it is an integrated automation system of modern process enterprises. It can not only enhance the adaptability and competitive advantage in marketplace but also gain more economic benefits for process enterprises. Therefore it is significant to find an effective and suitable implemental approach of CIMS for process enterprises. This paper provides an implemental approach of the CIMS for process enterprises based on IRP technology.Marine chemical enterprises are typical process enterprises, in this paper, through using the case of the implementation of HH-CIMS (Shandong Haihua CIMS), firstly I analyze the current status of its application and point out the reason that impedes its informationalization development and system integration. Secondly I educe the whole framework of HH-CIMS by using the result of analysis and find out the research of the total solution of HH-CIMS based on the framework. Finally I detail the implementation of HH-CIMS and accomplish the design and realization of sales management subsystem under the guidance of solution.Through research and application, IRP technology is playing an obvious role on HH-CIMS, which helps to accomplish the integration and sharing of control-tier data, management-tier data and sales data, and also assist to establish a stable functional structure. Systems have completed the update of the systems for human resources, financial management, supply and sales systems and production control, and run well now. It has taken a stable step for the Shandong Haihua's integration of "management,control, sales".This paper puts forward the research and practice approach of CIMS for process enterprises under the guidance of IRP technology, and describes how to apply them to HH-CIMS, and certain achievements have been gained, however, because the implementation of CIMS for process enterprises is long-term, complicated course , we will meet a lot of problems and must probe constantly in practices.
