Withthe world informatization and the development of information industry, theinformation resource has already become one of the most important wealth of aenterprise. It plays a important role in normal operation and decision making ofbusiness enterprise, establishment and using the information manage for the basalheight integration turn of the information system have become the importantcondition of enterprises existence and development. Management InformationSystems, as one of the informantion systems and an important part in the enterprises,can help enterprise make the right decision in manufacture and management in hardmarket competition and make the enterprise adjust to the change of the market well.Construction and using the Management Information Systems in small and mediumenterprises exists a lot of problems in China. This paper proposes a new pattern ofthe development on MIS of medium and small-sized enterprises under CIMS basedon the character of middle-small enterprises and taking the production andmanagement process of middle-small enterprise as the researching object. Accordingto analyzing the production and management data, it provides a relatively optimizesolution under the manger's control, and research the integration of the system andbetween sub- systems.
