Process Industry Cims Real-time Database Research And Design

In this paper, the continuous process and CIMS are introduced firstly. Along with the automation technique, information technique, computing technique, network technique and other techniques permeating continuously toward the continuous industrial realm and the integrated degree that enterprises request to information raising continuously, in order to realise the high integrated degree of enterprise information and the integration of control and management and the higher working effective, it is very important to apply the continuous industrial CIMS in the continuous industry, to integrate all real information from every producing scenes in continuous industry and form a high quality, effective, flexible information integration system to adjust the uncertainty of the producing environments and the variability of market request, it is also the inevitable trend for industrial developing and the higher enterprise information integration.The database management system is the basis of CIMS and it is critical for using of CIMS. It burdens the duty to uniform and standardized manage all types of data information, share data, coordinate the transactions and etc. On the other hand, the feature about working process in continuous industrial determines that the real-time data is the information fundamental of monitoring and control and optimization of production dispatching in the entire CIMS producing process. So, the real-time database acts as a critical role in the continuous process CIMS. In this paper, we will surround this problem.Unlike the traditional relational database, the critical point of the continuous industrial CIMS real-time database is to ensure the real-time of the data. Combined to the key theory, in this paper, we analysis the data module and save structure when constructing the continuous industrial CIMS real-time database, discuss the data handling activities about the collection, process, store and update of the real-time data and the data managing activities about the data sorting, organizing, storing, retrieving, maintaining and etc. Based on these, point out to construct the continuous industrial CIMS real-time database using the technique of MMDB and file management system. At last, as to the realization of constructing the continuous industrial CIMS real-time database, adopt the technique of DLL of VC++ and Delphi programming language. Thus, this system will be more opening up and flexible.
