Research On CIMS Development Mode Based On Web Services And Ajax

The rapid development of Internet has promoted the globalization of theinformation and economy, which has led to the globalization of production. A newmanufacturing philosophy-CIM-has started to conceive, and the system (CIMS)composed based on the CIM philosophy is more and more important in themanufacturing sector, so manufacturing is becoming an increasingly integrated globalsystem.Because of the increasing complexity of CIMS, the workload of softwaredevelopment increases in direct proportion with it and the consumption of time,manpower and financial resources is more and more great, which seriously has impededthe development and use of CIMS. The development and maintenance of traditionalCIMS mainly exists the following problems: the long development cycle, high costs, theconstant changes of the demand, and the frequent changes of the interface.So where is the efficient way to resolve conflicts? The appearance of Web Servicesand Ajax gives us a lot of inspiration.The purpose of this paper is to propose a new development approach model ofCIMS based on Web Services and Ajax in the past development approach model ofCIMS.This paper first discusses the problems of the development of the traditional CIMSand builds a development approach model of CIMS based on Web Services and Ajax inthe past development approach model of CIMS, and then a development platform ofCIMS based on Web Services and Ajax is constructed according to the model, andfinally, the development of two simple CIMS system is tested by it.The study found that introducing Web Services and Ajax to the developmentapproach model of CIMS can simplify the development approach model of CIMS;using development platform of CIMS based on Web Services and Ajax to developCIMS, you can quickly and flexibly do it and solve the problems of the development oftraditional CIMS, which are the long development time, high costs, the constantchanges of the demand and more and more difficulties of the integration.The value of this paper is to introduce them into the development approach modelof CIMS after Web Services is combined with Ajax creatively, which provides somenew ideas and methods for the development and maintenance of CIMS.The feasibilityof the development approach model of CIMS based on Web Services and Ajax isconfirmed, which can be used in practice and research.
